Mr Atul Kumar has over twenty three years of experience in the field of dispute resolution, arbitration and corporate legal matters and has been advising wide array of domestic and foreign clients on dispute resolution,  corporate legal issues, company law, IPR, foreign investment laws, M&A, finance & banking laws, FEMA and RBI regulations, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, insurance laws, infrastructure and power sector laws, NBFC laws,  real estate laws, Government Policy issues and regulatory matters.

He has drafted and negotiated transaction documents namely, JV Agreement, Shareholders Agreement, Share Purchase Agreement, Asset Transfer Agreement, Loan & Facility Agreement and related documentations, Technology Transfer & Licensing Agreement, Infrastructure Agreements, Supply and Distribution Agreement, Real Estate Development Agreement etc. He has provided legal services to wide array of clients such as Larsen & Toubro, GMR Infrastructure Ltd, Power Finance Corporation, Kellogg’s, Boeing Inc, Rolls-Royce, DEG, Zurich Insurance Co., Martin Baker Aviation Company, Suzuki Motor Corporation, Boston Scientific Corporation, Yahoo India, Mikuni Corporation, Ericssion India, Eli Lilly & Co, Swan Gold Mining Co Ltd, Novartis Ltd, Access Health International, Inc, One Acre Fund India  Pvt Ltd etc.
