Mr. Luv Kumar is an Advocate-On-Record, Supreme Court of India.  He practices as an Advocate before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, PMLA Tribunal, NCDRC, CAT, DRT and other tribunals and courts. He has diverse area of practice and expertise in civil, criminal and real estate litigation, land acquisition, arbitration, corporate, commercial and constitutional matters.

 He has vast experience of more than 12 years in drafting of Writ Petitions, Special Leave Petitions, Civil Suits, Claim Petitions and Written Statements under the statutory acts and regularly advises clients on litigation strategy before the Supreme Court and other High Courts and Tribunals.
